Snapple Campaign

Overview: The Snapple Campaign was an independent class project. The campaign consisted of an overview and assessment of the strength and weakness of the brand and what needed to be focused on to complete wanted goals. The campaign also included descriptions on how and why the campaign would be successful and the estimated cost of the overall campaign.

Task: The task was to create a campaign for the brand of my choosing focusing on improving areas in their brand that use a bit of refinement. Creating a strategy for how to execute these plans effectively.

Process: To begin this process I started by doing some background research on the brand such as how the brand originated, their current target demographic, old statistics and data on awareness and sellings. I then identified what 3 things needed to be targeted in my campaign which was to increase brand awareness, increase brand loyalty, and increase brand ROI. I then began thinking of the best way to do each of these tasks. I looked into Snapple’s customer demographics and the ads they typically best consume as well as potential customers. I then thought about the best platforms for displaying snapple ads for customers to best interact and really consume them. I chose Social media ads, television ads, and radio ads as their best options. I then decided that this should be a regional campaign where it’s primarily for the north west states as well as having the campaign only run for 6 months. Lastly I did a quick estimate of funding towards all of the production cost and placements of the ads.

Results: Because this was only a class project I was not able to see actual results from the ideas given in the campaign. But I did receive high regards for the project from teachers and classmates.
